Washington, DC – Ambassador Anton Edmunds, Saint Lucia's Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), signed today on behalf of the Government of Saint Lucia, an agreement with the OAS, welcoming an Electoral Observation Mission for national elections on July 26th.  The OAS/EOM is expected to travel to Saint Lucia on July 21st and depart on July 29th.
