Saint Lucia’s National Coordinating Committee for Human Rights (NCCHR) publishes its first Annual Report (2019-2020). 

The NCCHR was established via Cabinet Conclusion No. 120 of 04/02/2019 with the aim to develop a more coordinated approach in addressing the national human rights situation in Saint Lucia. 

The Committee aims to meets its mandate through interagency and inter-organisational cooperation and collaboration. It is in this vein that the Committee comprises members from respective government Ministries in addition to having non-governmental representation.
