Inland Revenue Department Implementing Online Tax System
As part of the mandate to continue to improve the level of service to its customers and The Government of Saint Lucia through the E-Government Regional Integration Project is embarking on a major undertaking. That is the implementation of a Tax E-filing System. The Inland Revenue Department is set to introduce the Tax-E-Filing System in July 2013.
This new system will allow businesses and individuals to perform the following:

The National Water and Sewerage Commission (NWSC) would like to inform the general public that through the power vested in it by the Water and Sewerage Act of 2005 as amended in 2008 section 37 (C ) hereby makes the final determination for the new tariff for water and sewerage for the Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO). The new tariff shall take effect during WASCO’s next billing cycle and shall apply until the end of the Triennial period (September 2012 to August 2015).
Request for Feedback on the Second Draft of the Diaspora Policy
The Government of Saint Lucia presents for public scrutiny, the Second Draft of the proposed Saint Lucia Diaspora Policy that would focus on critical issues that affect nationals residing overseas.
Therefore, in order to ensure that this draft policy is properly scrutinized by all stakeholders, the Government of Saint Lucia is seeking feedback from Nationals: both locally and in the Diaspora.

PUBLIC AND TEACHING SERVICE COMMISSIONS APPOINTED
A new Public Service Commission and Teaching Service Commission have been appointed to oversee the appointment, discipline and removal of public officers to and from the Public Service.
Pursuant to Section 85 (1) of the Constitution of Saint Lucia, Her Excellency the Governor General, acting on the advice of the Prime Minister after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition, has appointed the following persons to be members of the Public Service Commission effective April 01, 2013.
