STATEMENT:

power to appoint, transfer, discipline, and remove persons from office in
accordance with the provisions of the
Saint
Lucia Constitution (Section 86 & 92) , and to promote impartiality in the civil and teaching services
through the exercising of such functions, and that staff actions are
